Fast gates

Sisporta sells and provides service on fast gates by GLG, available in six different models: Rollizip BT, Aluminia, Vertigo Digit, Rolligo Digit and Rollizip Atex.

This industrial equipment, in canvas with a steel or aluminum structure, is always automated (with motor) and are customizable regarding color and dimension. Guaranteed excellent insulation.

Fast gate models 

At Sisporta we provide several following fast gate models (industrial use), for indoor and outdoor settings. These gates are extremely safe, durable and easy to install. They guarantee outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation.

Rollizip: Steel structure; rolling system; auto-repair (not damaged when subject to aggression).

Aluminia: Aluminum structure; rolling system; auto-repair (not damaged when subject to aggression).

Vertigo Digit: Pairing system; ideal for outdoors due to excellent wind resistance.

Rolligo Digit: Sheet metal structure; rolling system; no auto-repair; intended for indoor setting.

Rollizip BT: Intended for insulating low-temp spaces, due to its outstanding sealing features.

Rollizip Atex: Very specific, usually used in spaces that must be free of sparks.

Fast gate kit

Fast gates include the following kit:

• Cells (safety)
• High-speed motor
• Light barrier (safety)
• Control board (controls the motor)
• Blinkers (signaling a moving door)
• Exterior operating panel (for the operator to open the door).

Fast gate motors 

Fast gate motors are always dependent on the model. We provide the following equipment:

• Digit Triphase motor: Rolligo and Vertigo models
• Digit Inverter motor: Rollizip Atex and Aluminia models
• Digit Inverter BT motor: Rollizip and Rollizip BT models

Fast gate opening and safety systems

Fast gate opening and safety systems include:

• Operating panel (opening)
• Pull switch (opening)
• Movement sensor (opening)
• Receiver / Transmitter, with box (for programming opening controls)
• Magnetic coil (opening option which gives impetus to barrier or gate)
• LED semaphore (safety)
• Light barrier (safety)
